Latest reviews on Armacao de Pera's beaches

Praia da Balbina

I have mixed feelings about this beach. While it's undeniably beautiful, the sea entrance is just too rocky 🫤🫤. It's secluded and uncrowded, giving it a unique appearance that makes you feel like you're on Mars or in the Sahara desert 🏜️🏜️! It's very nice, but ultimately not for us.

Praia da Gale

This stunning beach is an ideal destination for all, including families with little ones. The convenience of parking right next to the beach and a lovely bar on site make it an even more enjoyable experience. The presence of rocks on the beach ensures a safe and secure environment for children to play and frolic in the sand without any worries of sudden waves. The picturesque views of the surrounding palm trees and the golden sun shining down on the beach make it a truly remarkable place to be. 🌴🥇☀️

Praia dos Tremocos

This coastal oasis boasts a pristine expanse of soft, powdery sand that is perfect for lounging and soaking up the warm sun. Nestled in an ideal spot just a stone's throw away from Vila Vita, this beach offers a prime location for a relaxing day by the sea.

Praia dos Beijinhos

This stunning beach is perfect for a refreshing swim and can be accessed via a well-maintained path that runs along the cliff's edge. Unlike other beaches in the vicinity, it's not overly crowded, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. During low tide, you can take a leisurely stroll along the beach and make your way into town, taking in the breathtaking scenery along the way.

Ninho de Andorinha

This charming beach is a hidden gem that I highly suggest spending a few hours at during the morning or early afternoon. It's important to note that the beach becomes shaded later in the day, so plan accordingly. If you have a vehicle, navigating to the beach is a breeze with the help of Google Maps. Simply park as close as possible and take a leisurely 5 to 10 minute stroll to the beach.

Praia da Ponta Grande

Venture out to a tranquil stretch of shoreline that can only be reached by boat. Our boat trip was a delightful excursion to discover stunning beaches. Numerous petite beaches dot the coastline, each one secluded and only accessible by boat. We savored a delightful BBQ feast on one of these hidden gems. Don't miss the opportunity to meet the Caipirinha Man, who sails to these beaches with a boatload of refreshing cocktails. Perfectly suited for basking in the afternoon sun and unwinding in the warmth.
