If you're looking for a place to take a dip, Black Rock Beach isn't the spot for you. Unless you're a seasoned surfer, of course. The amenities leave something to be desired, but hey, at least there's a pretty sweet rock nearby. But unless you're in the market for some gnarly waves, you might want to skip this one.
