The beach is unfortunately quite lonely and the level of cleanliness is so poor that it's difficult to enjoy. I wouldn't recommend making the trip.

4 Frustrating

The beach boasts a stunning location and has the potential to be a true gem. However, it is currently marred by an overwhelming amount of debris that has washed up from the sea, including plastic waste and branches. During my visit in 2019, I was disappointed to see the state of the beach. Nevertheless, I remain hopeful that with the growing number of tourists, efforts will be made to clean up the beach and make it as popular and bustling as its neighboring Sao beach.

4 Frustrating

The beach is completely unspoiled and secluded. The Future resort's private beach spans 5.3 hectares and is situated between Sao and Khem beaches. Unfortunately, there is currently no established path to the middle beach, and only a handful of locals access it via a trail. It's important to note that there have been sightings of needles and syringes near the landfill, making it less than ideal for visitors at this time.

The beach at Lonely Beach is relatively clean, but unfortunately, there is a significant amount of litter scattered around. Additionally, there isn't much to see while snorkeling. To access the beach, you must walk along a road and pass through a barrier before reaching a path that takes approximately three minutes to traverse.
