The beach is great for taking a stroll, getting some exercise or having a picnic. While it's also suitable for sunbathing, swimming might not be the best option due to the low tide and the presence of a factory across the ría. Nonetheless, there are plenty of dining options available, including restaurants and bars, as well as the opportunity to take kite surfing classes.
