A beach is the ideal spot to kick back and take a break. However, there's nothing particularly special about it. It's just a place to lie down and do nothing. So if you're looking for a spot to just chill out, this is the place for you.

Lourido Beach is a fantastic spot to visit, located only 500 metres away. Unfortunately, the view is slightly marred by the presence of ENCE, which is a bit of an eyesore. Despite this, the journey from A Seca in Poio to the Campelo beach and then onto Lourido is a sight to behold. It's possible to complete the entire route within an hour and a quarter, as the terrain is mostly flat with only a couple of small slopes and steps. Kudos to the Council of Poio for creating such a beautiful beach.
