The beach has a very relaxed atmosphere with a pleasant beach bar and restaurant. However, there is no refrigerator, fan, or complimentary wifi. It's a suitable place if you're looking to simply unwind.

I enjoyed some sundowner cocktails at the bar, which was located right on the beach. It was a fantastic spot to appreciate the sunset.

The bungalows are situated on a tranquil beach that is not crowded with many people. The ocean is absolutely stunning, and you have the opportunity to witness a truly awe-inspiring sunset over the Phi Phi Islands right in front of you. However, the resort is in need of some maintenance, particularly when it comes to the upkeep of the green areas. Additionally, the bathrooms and hot water in the bungalows on the mezzanine level require attention. Despite these issues, I still give the resort a rating of 4 stars due to its exceptional location and the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. I would like to extend a special thank you to the manager, Tiger. Although we have returned to Italy, a part of our hearts will forever remain on that island. Thank you.

We had an amazing time at Joy Beach bar, spending the entire afternoon until evening. The bartender is incredibly skilled at mixing drinks and goes out of their way to make sure we're comfortable. The food is also delicious. In our opinion, this is the ultimate beach spot on the island.
