The location of the hotel is really great and not too far from the airport. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including Western European, Japanese, and plenty of fresh fruits. The hotel complex is massive and offers numerous amenities. There are five crystal clear swimming pools available, all of which are very clean and quite peaceful. Despite the size of the hotel, you never feel overwhelmed by crowds. Every area of the hotel is cozy and tranquil. You won't encounter many people while enjoying the complex. However, our main concern was the lack of cleanliness in our room. The floor was never cleaned during our two-week stay.

We purchased a package for Robinson Khao Lak without much knowledge about Robinson. Despite our initial concerns about the language barrier, we were pleasantly surprised by how fantastic and accommodating this resort turned out to be. Location-wise, we really enjoyed that it was situated in Khao Lak rather than the chaos of Phuket. It was the perfect setting for our small family to simply enjoy the resort without having to venture out for anything. Additionally, being in Khao Lak made it convenient for us to partake in activities in the surrounding area. The resort itself was absolutely amazing. I had never stayed in a resort or location for more than a few days, but this one was perfect. It offered inclusive dining, wellness classes, water activities, multiple pools, and spas throughout the resort. The Kids Club was a hit with our children, allowing us some much-needed time for ourselves. We also appreciated the focus on wellness at the club. The inclusive dining option worked out perfectly for our young family. It eliminated the guesswork when it came to feeding our 6 and 3-year-olds. We simply chose what they were willing to eat and enticed them with the incredible dessert bar at the end of each meal. I personally loved the variety of Western and local food options. Each night, there was a special dish, often with a themed dinner. The food was consistently wonderful, prompting me to go back for seconds or even thirds. As for the rooms, we had a connecting room which provided ample space for us and the kids. The beds and sheets were comfortable and clean. The king room was particularly great as it didn't require the air conditioning to be turned on. However, the double room needed the air conditioning to be on at all times, otherwise the room would become hot and humid, leading to condensation. The service we received was the highlight of our trip. The staff members were all exceptional. From the reception to the food and beverage team, the kids club staff, the cleaning crew, and the activities team, everyone was absolutely wonderful and truly made our experience special. Our kids even ended up drawing over 20 thank you letters for each staff member that we got to know. It was great that we had the opportunity to meet and chat with everyone, including the managers who would often lend a hand in the main restaurant. I can't list all their names here, but Adam, Richard, Tony, and their teams were truly phenomenal. The Robinson Experience lived up to its reputation in Germany and Europe. After experiencing some of it ourselves, we can confidently say that it is a great product. Every aspect of the club, from the songs to the staff, the games and activities, the organization, and the structure, was memorable. In summary, we absolutely loved our experience here.

The resort was absolutely wonderful. We opted for the all inclusive package and stayed in a superior pool villa. Our experience was truly fantastic and we couldn't find any faults. The pools and facilities were absolutely amazing, and the fact that the resort was located right on a beautiful beach made it even more perfect. However, what really stood out to me was the staff! I have to give a special mention to FIW in the restaurant. He was always smiling and incredibly attentive. He even remembered our names and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He truly represented the hotel in a professional and attentive manner. I also want to mention BEER and PLOY, who were equally as accommodating. And I can't forget to mention the incredible massage I had at the hotel Spa by BEE! If you visit, make sure to ask for her by name. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Originally planning to stay for just one night, we ended up extending our stay to two nights because the place was so amazing. The beachfront location, beautiful gardens, and numerous swimming pools make this place feel incredibly spacious. In fact, there are so many pools that you might need a gondola to get around, as the late Douglas Adams once said. We were lucky to find a great deal during the low season, and our experience was absolutely fantastic. Our room was large and had a balcony, a shower, and a separate bathtub, with good water pressure in the bathroom. The gym was also good, although there were only two treadmills. On the other hand, they had a separate room dedicated to spin bikes, which had around 20 bikes, although I didn't see anyone using them. The restaurant, which had recently been renovated, was massive and served an excellent German-style breakfast. They had a great selection of fresh fruit, fresh juices, cold cuts, cheese, salads, and more. Additionally, they had an egg station and Asian food options like congee, noodles, and fried rice. It's worth noting that this resort might not be suitable for everyone, as it tends to attract a lot of families. Also, unless you have your own transportation, you'll be limited to the resort and its facilities. However, overall, this is one of the best places we've ever stayed at and we highly recommend it.

I am currently writing this review while I am halfway through my vacation at Robinson Khao Lak, and I must say, I am pleasantly surprised by the level of happiness I am experiencing. From the moment I arrived, the staff has gone above and beyond to fulfill every single one of my needs. The variety of sports activities offered, such as Thai boxing classes (which I highly recommend), yoga, spinning, and many more, are all exceptional. The hotel facilities, including the spa, pools, gym, well-maintained gardens, breakfast, shuttle transfer, and even Thai language classes, are all superb. The room in the main building is incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. I was initially concerned after reading some reviews mentioning that the furnishings were "dated," but I strongly disagree. While the furniture may not be modern, the room is beautifully maintained and the chosen decor creates a stunning Thai atmosphere. I cannot emphasize enough how beautiful and clean everything is. If you are seeking a luxurious, peaceful, active, and indulgent vacation where all your needs are met, look no further. I am eagerly looking forward to returning. Thank you!
