Service: Good service and friendly staff Rooms: Old room but comfortable. Inside the room has a refrigerator, TV, and balcony. Beach: I really like the beach, it's quiet and beautiful sunset. In February sea very clear and sunny. You will have fun swimming and relaxing. The hotel is also a pet-friendly. Food: They have welcome drink on the beach until 17:00pm. The breakfast has a variety food and tasty. I was impressed with the Green Curry. You can have dinner at the hotel, there is Thai food, Western food, and Pork BBQ (Moo Kra-Ta). Location: The hotel is far from a convenience store, so you should buy some snacks first. Recommend for staycation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

4 Frustrating

Typical standard Thailand beach resort. Noting extraordinary. Super far away from town. Bed futons are too soft, gave me severe back-ache. Staffs are nice.

😀😎 - Beautiful and clean semi private beach - Crystal clear waters and very calm in good weather - Lovely spacious rooms - Comfortable bed and pillows - Very nice and friendly staff (and resort manager) - Friendly beach dogs - PET FRIENDLY ❤️🐾 - Very relaxing atmosphere - Decent food - Free paddle boards/kayaks - Overall very good value - Lovely sunsets 😐 - Maybe needs a few more shaded areas/umbrellas around the pool and beach. Overall extremely impressed and we will 100% be returning again. Genuinely one of our favourite places in all of Thailand.

This is not everyone’s location but it’s certainly mine!! A haven of peace and tranquility half way between two 7-11’s that are 60km apart. This is the definition of a remote location. Don’t go here if you’re looking for great choices of restaurants though the breakfasts are great and the restaurant food varied and good value, served with care by the attentive staff, don’t come here for varied full or half moon parties, for bars and nightlife. This is the middle of nowhere but it’s a Thai paradise. You are going to a lovely resort in an extremely remote location still 50km short of the Cambodia border crossing at Khlong Yai. It has everything you need in a single location: The rooms are large and comfortable, mine had a four poster bed, a private back garden in addition to front veranda. No gold taps or overt displays of wealth, but people who knew where to come were there. I chanced upon it! Good for older people, great for families, perfect for 🐶🐶 and 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛ owners. I was a short walk from anything I needed: lobby, restaurant, bar, pool, beach, sea.. My requirements: 🐶🐶 friendly stop over en route to my visa run. I was booked one night only. As soon as I got there, maybe a 7 hour drive from Bangkok, even in the darkness l sensed this was a special place. I had 3 nights booked in Koh Chang. I immediately booked to return for 3 nights at Centara before I set out for my visa run!! A few hours in the property, a nice breakfast, the excellent staff, it was enough to want to return immediately. I wasn’t disappointed. The sand is soft and when the tide is out you can walk a long way up the beach ie not mornings. An inlet 750m up the beach becomes impassable other than by swimming across, not recommended with a phone, in the mornings. It’s perfect tranquility. One VERY SERIOUS AND POTENTIALLY LIFE THREATENING fault, the only criticism I can make of an otherwise perfect place: I pointed this out to Khun Penn the general manager and I trust her to rectify it!! In late afternoon the resort faces west and the sunset. As the sun goes down the reflection on the water of the pool hides a wall between the children’s area and the main pool, 1.4m deep. The top of the wall is below the surface and it’s hard to see. For safety’s sake the hotel must urgently install coloured floats like lane dividers in an Olympic pool across the top of the wall!! Heaven forbid someone jumps in to the water and hits that wall. It’s so dangerous it’s absolutely unreal. I shiver to imagine an excited child jumping in and hitting the wall. I’m trusting you Khun Penn, please address this highly dangerous feature immediately before someone seriously hurts themselves or worse. That aside, I’d go back in a shot and can’t wait to return!!

Paradise for solitude seekers, Soul soothing atmosphere, well appointed rooms with top notch service. Special regards to the Resort Manager Penappa who strive to accommodate and keep the spirit of the place alive!
