I purchased a day pass for my anniversary and we also rented a cabana.
- The value for money was very low.
- The poor reception started right at the entrance gate.
- The first cabana we were given was terrible and we had to request to be moved.
- Every drink we ordered had a bad taste.
- The food on the beach was probably of 4-star quality.
- The Asma restaurant was decent, but the staff acted strangely, as if they were talking about us the whole time.
- In the middle of the restaurant, someone approached us and asked for our passports again in front of everyone, claiming they needed to confirm something.
- The all-inclusive package turned out to be a lie. Only selected items were included, and they weren't the best options.
- To make matters worse, when we asked to speak with the manager to address our concerns, we were not taken seriously.
I'm not sure if all of these issues were due to us having just a one day pass, but it completely ruined our experience and our anniversary celebration. I didn't have any enjoyment here, and it was far from a 5-star experience.
