Lujo Bodrum Beach

I would not recommend this beach. The Mandarin beach is much better in comparison. Most of the staff are impolite and prioritize locals over others. Hong Kong is not a good choice. The hotel's location is quite far from other places, including the famous marina. Waiting for a buggy to pick you up and transport you within the resort takes a very long time. The all-inclusive package is decent, but keep in mind that you cannot be served food by the poolside or beach. You have to get up, get dressed, and check which restaurants are available at the time you wish to eat. The drinks taste awful... I even witnessed a waiter mixing a cocktail with water. When I pointed it out, he explained that it was warm, so he added cold water! Unfortunately, they do not serve any natural fruit juices.

As a travel enthusiast who has explored countless destinations, I must say that this hotel stands out as my absolute favorite. The hotel's unique style, delectable cuisine, and exceptional staff truly impressed me. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the assistants, Ekaterina and Hanna, who went above and beyond to address all of our inquiries and resolve any issues we encountered. Their professionalism was truly commendable. I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in July and even celebrated my birthday there. To my surprise, they even prepared a special surprise for me. Without a doubt, Luzho is the finest hotel in Turkey.

I purchased a day pass for my anniversary and we also rented a cabana. - The value for money was very low. - The poor reception started right at the entrance gate. - The first cabana we were given was terrible and we had to request to be moved. - Every drink we ordered had a bad taste. - The food on the beach was probably of 4-star quality. - The Asma restaurant was decent, but the staff acted strangely, as if they were talking about us the whole time. - In the middle of the restaurant, someone approached us and asked for our passports again in front of everyone, claiming they needed to confirm something. - The all-inclusive package turned out to be a lie. Only selected items were included, and they weren't the best options. - To make matters worse, when we asked to speak with the manager to address our concerns, we were not taken seriously. I'm not sure if all of these issues were due to us having just a one day pass, but it completely ruined our experience and our anniversary celebration. I didn't have any enjoyment here, and it was far from a 5-star experience.

I had the privilege of having an absolutely amazing hotel stay. Although the stunning facilities and luxurious amenities definitely contributed, it was the staff members who truly made it exceptional with their dedication to giving personalized attention. It was clear that the staff sincerely cared about my comfort, satisfaction, and willingness to go above and beyond. I would wholeheartedly recommend [Huseyin & Deylan] to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Lujo. The service at the restaurants and the flavor of the food were more than satisfactory. Dilan and Hüseyin, our Joy Advisors, showed great interest in ensuring our stay was enjoyable. We will definitely return and request their assistance again.
