Crystal Green Beach

I really love this hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly, thank you guys. The food is absolutely delicious. The animation team is doing a great job. The night shows are amazing, especially the Mongolian one, it's so good. The mini club is also fantastic for children. Thank you, Crystal!

I had an amazing time at this resort. The variety of food options was impressive, and there were several bars conveniently located throughout the resort offering a wide range of refreshing beverages. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to assist. In addition to multiple pools and a beautiful beach, there were also plenty of activities available within the pools such as games and more. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways, and I would highly recommend it!

This hotel is perfect for families with kids. The Kids Club has amazing animators and they organize a children's disco every night. They also have professional shows for adults, especially the fire show. The sea is calm and warm, although it's a bit disappointing that the water isn't clear due to the hotel's location at the end of the fjord. Unfortunately, the rooms aren't five-star and could use some renovation. However, the hotel compensates for that with its outstanding cuisine and helpful service.

This resort is truly wonderful, offering all-inclusive amenities that ensure a truly relaxing experience. The variety of food choices is impressive, and they even make an effort to introduce a little change each evening for more diversity. If you're seeking a perfect combination of sun, sea, beach, relaxation, and enjoyment, this is definitely the place to be. The staff is exceptional and highly skilled.

The beach has an excellent location, with a sandy shore and pristine water. It is an ideal spot for families with children of all ages. We particularly enjoyed the mini club and the bar, which stands at 4.8 feet. The food at the main restaurant was also delightful. Initially, we were not entirely satisfied with the size of our room, but the front office and the General Manager went above and beyond to enhance our vacation experience by relocating us to a larger room. Moreover, during our stay, my wife celebrated her birthday, and the front office surprised us with a thoughtful gift in our room, including a bottle of wine and a small birthday cake. Areas for improvement: The service at the snack bar could be enhanced.
