Pharaoh Azur Resort beach

The beach has a fantastic location with excellent infrastructure and accommodation. Everything is well-maintained and clean. However, the all-inclusive option is disappointing as it only offers juices from machines instead of natural ones. The quality of the ice creams provided is also lower compared to those sold individually. The staff can be inattentive, showing preference only to those they think will tip. The pool access hours until 6 pm are quite limited and the wifi is only available at the reception area. Overall, the price paid does not match the level of service received. I wouldn't choose to return.

We stayed at this hotel in August and we were quite disappointed. The hotel falls short of being a 3-star establishment; I would only rate it a maximum of 2 stars. It is in desperate need of a major renovation. During our stay, they replaced the tiles in the pool but failed to clean the kids' pool, which was concerning as it posed a safety risk for children. The food at the restaurants is extremely basic. We had issues with the faulty safe box and despite reporting it to the reception twice, no one came to fix it. To make matters worse, the hotel staff attempted to overcharge us for staying a couple of extra hours after checking out, without informing us beforehand. On top of that, we had booked our package through Easy Jet, and our pick-up time was at 6:15 pm, which meant we had to endure over 6 hours without access to the bars or restaurants. The staff clearly lacks knowledge about customer service. I will definitely not be recommending this hotel to anyone. I am truly disappointed.

The beach is absolutely marvelous and an excellent place to book. The room service is top-notch, and the location is fantastic. It's a clean and tidy place to book and enjoy with a wide range of activities available at the hotel. In fact, there is no need to venture outside as the hotel offers daily different activities, parties, and various sports playgrounds. The gym hall is fantastic, and there is also a tennis table available. However, it's worth noting that the billiards table requires payment.

This place is absolutely terrible. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. The animation team is extremely disappointing and uninteresting. The quality of the food is absolutely dreadful. The rooms are extremely outdated and the air-conditioning doesn't work properly. The pool is freezing cold. The sea is terrible and full of rocks, making it unsuitable for both kids and adults. The bartender is very harsh and treats children poorly. The towels have a foul smell. The restaurant by the sea is located very far away and there is always a long line to get your food. There are no snacks available by the pool. Overall, it was an extremely negative experience.

I really enjoyed the services provided at the beach, and the food was decent. The restaurants were also quite pleasant. However, I was a bit disappointed with the ocean. There wasn't much to see in this area, no coral reefs or fish.
