Everything is impeccably clean, and the service at the bars and restaurants is flawless. Additionally, the variety and availability of food are astounding, guaranteeing that everyone can find a dish they desire at any time of the day. Furthermore, there are numerous activities available on the premises, particularly suitable for families with children. Disliked · However, there are a few drawbacks that should be mentioned: - The internet connection is of very poor quality, to the point where it is sometimes easier to purchase a SIM card instead. - The absence of a restroom near the pools can be a bit inconvenient, especially after enjoying a cocktail. - The operating hours of the pool are confusing and unclear due to the lack of available information. The only way to obtain this information is by checking the hotel's website, which is not readily apparent to everyone. - Our hotel room had squeaky beds and doors, as well as a water leakage issue in the bathroom, resulting in a constant puddle on the floor. These are minor issues that we did not anticipate from a 5-star hotel. - The frequent visits from individuals offering various services and attempting to sell their products can become quite bothersome after a few days. They persistently return, attempting to persuade you to make a purchase.

My family and I had an amazing week together. The resort offers four pools specifically designed for younger children, which my four-year-old absolutely adored. The beach is beautiful and has a shallow water depth, making it perfect for kids. The restaurants at the resort are fantastic, offering a wide variety of cuisines to choose from. Additionally, the rooms are lovely and kept impeccably clean.

My family and I chose to spend more time at the Italian restaurant because we loved the atmosphere and the staff, including the manager, always went above and beyond. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and the chefs were happy to prepare dishes in front of us. The beach was beautifully adorned, clean, and conveniently close to our room. Even the birds seemed to love this hotel, serenading us with their beautiful songs every day. When we initially booked this hotel, we had high expectations, but they were surpassed. It truly was a magical experience, and I'm already making plans to return.
