Sheraton Soma Bay Resort beach

Everything was fantastic, from the warm hospitality to the impeccable cleanliness, including the room, bed, and bathroom air conditioner which worked perfectly. The beach boasts golden sand that is soft and free of any rocks, while the water is incredibly clear. The pool is well-maintained and offers various depths. The buffet exceeded expectations with its extensive variety of delicious food. The overall atmosphere is wonderfully peaceful. The only downside was that the animation team was not very friendly, but apart from that, everything else was exceptional. I definitely plan on returning in the future.

First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude to each and every member of the staff. Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were warmly greeted with smiles. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, offering a delightful view. The pool is well-maintained and caters to swimmers of all levels with its various depths. The beach boasts crystal clear water that is simply breathtaking, and the coastline is smooth and golden without any rocks. When it comes to the aqua activities, one could easily spend the entire day without feeling bored. The aqua staff are not only professional, but also cool, fun, and entertaining. The food served here is truly splendid. The variety and quality are both exceptional, which is a rarity in today's hotels. Although it is only our second day, I cannot fathom the thought of leaving this remarkable place.

This beach is a dream spot for snorkeling and diving. The water is clean and the beach is great. The hotel is maintaining its standards, but it could use some renovations. The staff is very friendly, but the food is just average. The Italian restaurant is excellent, but the evening buffet at the main restaurant is not exceptional. The Sea View Restaurant is no longer suitable for evening dining.

Upon our arrival, the hotel greeted us with refreshing beverages. Subsequently, we were given our room keys and made our way to our accommodations. The hotel room was impeccably neat and well-arranged, particularly the bathrooms. We were treated to a picturesque view of the garden. The beach and pool were impeccably clean and provided a comfortable environment. The culinary offerings were truly extraordinary, offering a wide array of options. The aqua park provided an enjoyable experience. My family and I had a fantastic time during our visit.
