The restaurant's location and service are exceptional, earning it a solid five, if not six, stars. During our first visit, we had a party of 13, including young children, and the staff efficiently and hospitably handled everything with a great sense of humor. We felt well taken care of. Because of this wonderful experience, we decided to return for Sunday lunch with our in-laws, and once again, I was impressed by the staff's excellent service. They provided us with a truly old-fashioned attention to detail. While the Sunday lunch was enjoyable, the food didn't quite reach a five-star level. The dishes were nicely presented with generous portion sizes, but I was slightly disappointed, particularly with my bread and butter pudding. The custard was too thin, and the pudding looked like a messy assortment slopped into a bowl, lacking raisins and flavor. However, my dining companions thoroughly enjoyed their lemon sole main courses and cheesecake desserts, which were unanimously declared as delicious and freshly made. So perhaps I was just a bit unlucky.
