Great place to beach! 1/2 mile concrete boardwalk from parking lot to the actual beach, but nice ocean breeze! Big shells, beautiful water, not crowded!

Very nice walkway to beach area. People were using to also walk/run. Parking was ok but may be difficult when there’s more people (ie the weekends). Beach was clean and seemed to be well monitored.

This is a very nice beach. Open to Military and their families. It is located on Tyndall AFB.

FINISHED! Beautiful elevated cement boardwalk. Be aware it’s 6/10 of a mile from parking lot to waters edge. Last 150 yards are sand. Appreciated facilities in the parking lot.

Other than the boardwalk is not completed which I figure it's going to be the last thing done on the base while building the base back up after hurricane Michael, it's great. The way to get to the beach is via a trail next to the boardwalk. It's not bad at all just a little rough walk sometimes. You're rewarded with one of the best beaches around. It's a beautiful place and it's always mostly quiet, plenty of room for not that many people. If I want to go to the beach to enjoy the beach then this is where I always go.
