Nestled in a secluded area, this beach boasts a serene atmosphere with minimal crowds and an exquisite panoramic view of the Fort Myers coastline. The beach is adorned with a plethora of shells, making it a shell collector's paradise. Although the sunset may not be visible from this side of the island, the shallow waters are perfect for children to frolic in. During low tide, one can venture out quite far before the water becomes deep. The beach also features playful tide pools and the occasional sighting of a manatee. Be advised that parking is available at a rate of five dollars per hour via a machine. The bathroom facilities on the beach side are top-notch and well-maintained. The lighthouse side also has facilities, but they were not utilized during this visit. The trails along the beach allow visitors to explore both sides of the lighthouse beach, although swimming is only accessible on one side.

Ah, the beach. A place to frolic in the water, scour for shells, and spy on some critters. Keep your eyes peeled for dolphins and feathered friends. And let's not forget about the little lizards scampering about. Rumor has it there may even be armadillos lurking about. If fishing is your jam, there's a dock for that (no fee to stroll on). And, hallelujah, there are pristine restrooms scattered about. The only catch? You gotta pay to park. Despite that, I'll be back for sure.

For an optimal beach experience, it is highly recommended to arrive before 9am to secure a parking spot, which costs $5 per hour. The investment is well worth it, as we discovered some stunning seashells during our visit. Additionally, there is a fishing pier and clean public restrooms available for use. Our day spent at this beach was thoroughly enjoyable and we are already planning our next visit.

This beach has a stunning lighthouse at one end, making it a picturesque spot. The sand is light and the water is fun but can be rough. Unfortunately, parking is limited, but this is a common issue for Florida beaches. The cost is $5 per hour, and there are two restroom buildings available.

Arrive early to the beach as there are many people during the season (February), but it is worth the drive due to the abundance of amazing shells after a recent storm. It is also nice to see the long line of cars waiting to cross the causeway when leaving the island. However, I am not a fan of the heavy traffic during the season, so the best way to avoid it is to arrive by 8am and leave by 10am.
