Upon hearing great reviews and seeing stunning photos of this beach, I decided to check it out for myself. However, I was disappointed to find that the beach did not live up to the hype. The area was littered with trash and there was not enough sand to comfortably sit. The small area of sand before the water was dirty and infested with flies, not to mention the overwhelming amount of garbage. Additionally, I was not aware of the water hazard until after I had paid and brought out all of my belongings. The non-refundable $8 fee seemed harsh, especially since the beach was the sole reason for my visit. Although the park had many tables, places to BBQ, a soccer field, and kayak rentals, none of those amenities were of interest to me. I left the beach with a bad impression and hope that your experience will be better than mine. My best advice is to inquire about the water and sand conditions before paying if that is the primary reason for your visit.

The beach is a popular spot for socializing with friends during the evenings, offering a pleasant view. However, swimming may not be ideal due to the absence of significant waves, and the presence of trash and seaweed may detract from the experience. Visitors often bring music, resulting in a lively atmosphere, but it's also a great location for a leisurely stroll or conversation.

This beach is an idyllic spot for unwinding and soaking up the sun. With its welcoming attitude towards furry friends and a few food stalls serving up delicious treats like hotdogs and refreshing lemonades, it's the perfect place to spend a leisurely day. Conveniently located parking makes getting there a breeze. For a more peaceful experience, I recommend visiting during the week when there are fewer people around. Plus, the stunning Miami skyline provides a picturesque backdrop to the beach's natural beauty.

This beach is a lovely public park that welcomes dogs, making it a popular destination for pet owners. The water is shallow and calm, making it perfect for wading and swimming without the fear of waves knocking you over. The area is surrounded by walking and biking trails, so you can explore the surrounding scenery. When you get hungry, there are food vendors available to grab a quick bite. The atmosphere is serene and peaceful, with palm trees providing shade for those who want to relax and enjoy the scenery. Don't forget to bring a chair and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The beach area is quite pleasant with an abundance of sandy shores and ample picnic tables and chairs available for use. For those looking to explore the waters, kayaks can be rented on site. A food truck offering a variety of snacks and refreshing smoothies is also conveniently located nearby. While the sand and ground could use a bit of tidying up, it's not too shabby for a public beach. A nominal fee of $8 per car makes it an affordable option for a day out by the sea.
