The beach, located a mere 5-10 minute walk from the ferry, is nothing to write home about. While some may find it beautiful, the snorkeling options are lackluster at best. Only a select few have reported any success with fish and coral sightings, and even then, it's only on the left side of the beach near the tide pools. The tide pools themselves are unimpressive and the nearby shark bay is hardly worth mentioning. The only redeeming quality is a quick hike to a scenic overlook on the other side, but even that is hardly worth the effort. Overall, this beach is a disappointment and not worth the time or effort for a day trip from Maui.

In August 2022, the park was inaccessible to vehicles due to ongoing construction aimed at repairing the damage caused by a recent storm that flooded the area and washed away some of the beach sand. The shoreline was dotted with exposed rocks that could be propelled towards you by the waves, potentially causing injury to your shins. The surf was particularly powerful, making it unsuitable for weak swimmers. Despite these challenges, the beach was stunningly beautiful and not overcrowded. It was conveniently located within walking distance of the marina, and if you continued south, you could enjoy a picturesque hike. To safeguard the local bird population, it was essential to remain on the designated trails.

During my time as a J1 student, I had the pleasure of residing at the Four Seasons for six months. The beach was absolutely breathtaking and easily the finest one on Lanai. While snorkeling, I was able to witness a plethora of fish species, but it's important to exercise caution as dolphins tend to rest in the area during the morning hours.

The beach with stunning beauty that leaves one in awe. I arrived just before sunset, and to my surprise, there were only a handful of people in the vicinity. The sandy shores provide ample space to sit and unwind, with an array of options to choose from. It's the perfect spot to bask in the natural beauty of the surroundings and let the tranquil ambiance wash over you.

This beach is just like any other beach you've been to - white sand, bathrooms, showers, and picnic tables. It's not like it's anything special. Oh, and it's close to Manele Bay Harbor, so that's a plus, I guess. You can spend the day here if you want, but don't expect anything out of the ordinary. There's a grassy area nearby, but who cares? And sure, there are trees for shade, but that doesn't make it unique. You can cool off in the blue water, but that's what you do at any beach. So, if you're looking for a generic beach experience, this is the place for you.
