Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the tranquil ambiance of this beach. To reach the shore, we had to take a slight detour from the main road and park at a limited number of spots. Contrary to the photos we had seen, the sand had a darker hue. Despite this, we found the journey to be well worth the effort.

The beach offers a unique experience with its rocky water, but fear not, there is a sweet spot in the middle where you can skip the rocks and dive in for some snorkeling. I must say, this was by far the most unforgettable snorkeling adventure I have ever had! It was simply surreal. Perhaps those who left unfavorable reviews didn't visit at the right time, as my experience was nothing short of amazing. The water was crystal clear, and the waves were gentle, making it the perfect environment for exploring the underwater world. I saw an incredible array of marine life, and the whole experience was simply perfect. 🐠🐬🐙

The coastline is particularly rugged, with waves crashing against rocks that are as large as my hand or even bigger. Unfortunately, my feet suffered multiple cuts and bruises due to the rough terrain, making it unsuitable for children or inexperienced swimmers. The waves are incredibly powerful, so caution is advised. The sand is a light brown color rather than the expected black. Despite these drawbacks, I was fortunate enough to witness a sea turtle expertly surfing the waves, which was a definite highlight of the trip.

I am uncertain if this serene beach is a hidden gem or just overlooked by visitors, as we were the only ones present during our visit. The sight of the sand was truly remarkable, and the water was breathtakingly stunning with its crystal-clear appearance. I only regret not having my snorkeling gear to fully explore the underwater world.

A remarkable beach with black sand is definitely worth a visit. The waves were quite aggressive and numerous cautionary signs were in place to alert visitors of the intense surf. Although I only stopped by for a quick glance, I wouldn't have dared to take a swim in these waters. Nevertheless, this beach is a must-see destination for those who want to experience the uniqueness of black sand beaches.
