Disregard the phony indications of private ownership, as you are entitled to access the beach and it is a delightful destination that merits a visit.

The stunning Hawaiian beaches are a true reflection of the island's culture and beauty. It's important to note that private property rights do not extend to coastal lots in Hawaii, so don't be fooled by any fake signs. As a visitor, you have the privilege to enjoy the beach as it is a fundamental right for all Hawaiians. It's important to respect the local culture and ignore any misleading signs. Remember, money cannot buy the natural beauty of the beach. If anyone tries to stop you, don't hesitate to contact the authorities and seek legal advice for any damages caused.

2 Very poor

This stretch of shoreline lies just below the neighborhood waste disposal site, and for good reason, it has been cordoned off. The water is tainted with rust and debris from long-abandoned structures. Personally, I would much prefer taking a dip in the crystal clear waters of Kona any day of the week. This place is simply pilau.

This beach is undoubtedly a privately owned piece of land. Despite a conflicting review, we decided to see for ourselves. The entire road leading up to the beach is designated as a no parking zone, and the entrance gate is firmly shut with numerous signs indicating that it is private property and trespassing is prohibited. The street comes to a dead end, and it is imperative that we show respect to the local residents by refraining from accessing this area.

As we strolled through the gate, we were greeted with a refreshing walk towards the magnificent beach and the charming old mill. Along the way, we had the pleasure of meeting a kind lady who resides near the path. She informed us that the gate closes at 6:30 pm, adding a sense of urgency to our beach adventure.
