However, due to its compact size, you may find yourself in close proximity to your fellow beach-goers. The gentle waves make it a safe option for children, and even those venturing close to the cliffs need not worry about strong currents. Be sure to conserve some energy for the strenuous walk back up to the top of the cliff, and take advantage of the available parking.

The beach offers of its immaculate cleanliness and offers a refreshing shade on its northern side. As you venture further north, you'll notice a relaxed dress code, allowing you to embrace the sun and sea without any inhibitions. While driving down the road, I stumbled upon a pleasant surprise - a pebble beach complete with a bar and showers. There's parking available by the roadside too.

This beach on the island of Cres is a great find, frequented by many locals. There is ample space and a parking lot that can accommodate approximately 15 cars.

This so-called beautiful beach is nothing more than a pile of small pebbles. And sure, there's no shade to speak of, but who needs that anyways? The real kicker is the lack of parking space, which means you'll have to walk a mile just to reach the beach. On the bright side, at least there's plenty of room for your towels once you finally get there.
