Unfortunately, the beach was littered with bits of wood, likely from the nearby river, and the water was murky that day. On the plus side, there are safety stations every 100 meters along the beach and in the water. Additionally, the free shower and car park across the street are convenient. However, the city council needs to make a greater effort to clean this area several times a week.
