La Spezia - all beaches

This seaside venue offers an incomparable vista that is truly priceless. The water is stunningly clear and pristine, making it a perfect spot for a refreshing dip.

Visited for the day with the family. The bags of stones indicate where you can place your towel and umbrella, ensuring compliance with current government policies on social distancing. Unfortunately, the beach was littered with bits of wood, likely from the nearby river, and the water was murky that day. On the plus side, there are safety stations every 100 meters along the beach and in the water. Additionally, the free shower and car park across the street are convenient. However, the city council needs to make a greater effort to clean this area several times a week.

This idyllic beach is a serene haven for camping enthusiasts seeking a peaceful retreat. The absence of crowds is a welcome relief, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings. The crystal-clear waters are dotted with large rocks, perfect for jumping and exploring. Snorkeling enthusiasts will be delighted by the abundance of fish species in the area. The waves here are colossal, providing endless entertainment for children who can easily get bored on long stretches of sand. Additionally, there are convenient amenities such as a shower, bar, and restaurant located nearby.

This petite beach is quite spacious, but unfortunately, by the time we arrived at 10:30 am, all the loungers and parasols were already taken. It seems that the majority of the people occupying them were locals who had reserved them for the entire season. The beach is predominantly rocky, so it's not ideal for swimming. All in all, I wouldn't recommend it. :-(

This charming and peaceful beach boasts a tranquil atmosphere, with a welcoming team of staff who are sure to make your visit a memorable one. Despite its smaller size, this beach offers a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

This beach is an excellent spot to spend a day soaking up the sun, indulging in Italian seafood, and sipping on good beer and wine. You can even relax on a shaded sunbed if you prefer. Additionally, many of the staff members are proficient in English.
