The place is clean and well-maintained, featuring lifeguards, showers, sun loungers, and shaded areas. The shore and sea entrance consist of pebbles rather than large boulders.

This municipal beach is a great spot for relaxation with all the necessary amenities, including the sea, lifeguards, a first-aid station, sun loungers with umbrellas, free showers and restrooms, changing rooms, trash bins, cafes, and shops. They even cater to those who enjoy Charcot's showers! Unfortunately, Rostov doesn't have any beaches like this one.

Metallurg beach

We visited Sochi in the autumn and were pleasantly surprised to find a path to the sea just behind the stop on Kurortny Prospekt. Unfortunately, the area was littered with garbage, which was quite disheartening. The asphalt path, likely from Soviet times, was well-maintained and led us to the beach. We were there in the winter, so there weren't many people, but we can only imagine how crowded it must be in the summer. There was a cafe and a toilet on the beach, but the beach itself wasn't very well-maintained. There was a broken staircase, making it dangerous to go down. For a change of scenery, we could explore the nearby closed areas.

The sandy shoreline is an idyllic spot to take a leisurely stroll, with a plethora of charming cafes dotted along the way.
