Negombo's beach is undoubtedly the town's most renowned attraction, drawing in a plethora of tourists seeking a relaxing getaway. This beach is equipped with top-notch facilities, making it an ideal destination for those looking to unwind and spend quality time. It's conveniently located near the Katunayake International Airport, making it an accessible location for international visitors.

We had a wonderful time at Club Dolphin. The food was amazing with a wide selection. The rooms were spacious and of high quality. The view from our balcony was absolutely lovely. The staff, especially Mr. Kevin and Mr. Randika at the reception, were extremely friendly and helpful during our check-in process. Thank you so much.

This beach is not the best spot for swimming and unwinding as the water currents are quite strong and the wind can be quite forceful. Additionally, the shoreline is not sandy but rather rocky, and it's a popular spot for fishermen to cast their lines in the morning. However, I did have the opportunity to purchase some delicious fresh fish and oysters from the local vendors.

The beach offers a distinctive feature where you can witness the Gin Oya river nearly merging with the ocean, with only a slim stretch of land separating them. The scenery and overall experience are comparable to the beaches in Negombo.

The white sandy beach area is perfect for unwinding and relaxing.
