Dolphin hotel beach

The hotel was excellent. We had a pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying there again on our next visit. The service was outstanding, the staff was friendly, and I want to give a special shout-out to Kaveen. The hotel provided good value for the money and the food was exceptionally tasty. The accommodations were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you!

The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The food is delicious and the pool is spacious. The location is excellent and the price is very reasonable. However, the noise from corporate events was quite disruptive. It would be appreciated if more consideration was given to other guests during these events. It was disappointing that we couldn't even relax in our rooms due to the noise. The hotel management should be more mindful of this. Apart from that, everything else was satisfactory.

We had a wonderful time at Club Dolphin. The food was amazing with a wide selection. The rooms were spacious and of high quality. The view from our balcony was absolutely lovely. The staff, especially Mr. Kevin and Mr. Randika at the reception, were extremely friendly and helpful during our check-in process. Thank you so much.

As a frequent traveler, I recently booked three rooms with full board for my family. However, compared to many other four-star hotels, I must say that the food at this particular hotel was not great. There were very few options available, and the taste was also subpar. The level of hospitality was average, and there is definitely room for improvement in that area. On the Poya holiday, the beach was extremely crowded, and we had to wait in long queues to get food, which was quite embarrassing. Considering the high price we paid, such a situation should not have occurred. Additionally, during check-in, the hotel staff simply handed us the keys and told us to find our own rooms, which was quite challenging. This level of hospitality is not even up to par with a three-star hotel. Needless to say, we will never book this hotel again. However, I must admit that the pool was good, and they offered a few enjoyable games. On a positive note, the staff was friendly.

The resort is really nice and we had a great time there. The food was excellent and the service was top-notch. They have two beautiful pools and there are plenty of facilities for kids, including a theater. We had a fantastic day with our team and the evening tea and cake were outstanding. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay or a company outing.
