Island Pines - all beaches

It's a fantastic place to stay. One of the cleanest and best-run RV communities we have ever stayed at in this area. The bath houses are clean and nice, the pool is enjoyable, and the lots are good. If I had one suggestion, it would be that during the evening, there were numerous teenagers racing around in golf carts, and it was necessary to stay alert because they showed no regard for pedestrians or basic traffic rules. It would be beneficial to have more guidance regarding the use and operation of golf carts. They were still active well past midnight.

The beach offers excellent public access with no fees. There is ample parking, convenient utilities and shower facilities, and a wheelchair-friendly picnic table located under a gazebo at the dunes. It was perfect for my needs as I was only interested in taking some pictures of the pier. However, I was surprised to find out that they charge $15 for parking.
