The staff at the beach is great as always, starting from the reception, especially Mr. Nader. He is a good person, helpful, and intelligent. The kitchen staff, including Mr. Moh Farouk and Chef Saad, are also excellent. The beach team adds to the fun of the day with their games and songs. The new DG staff is funny with both kids and adults, and they made my trip enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend visiting the hotel again. The advantages outweigh the disadvantages, although there were a few minor issues. I did not enjoy the baresita as the service was not clever and there were instances of rude behavior. Thank you for sharing my trip, and I will definitely join them again.

The hotel is nice, but they should decrease the number of day visitors so that the guests can enjoy a more peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere.

It was a truly terrible experience, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone. The room lacks cleanliness, and the food is far from satisfactory. There is absolutely nothing positive to say about this place.

This is my first time staying at the hotel, and I definitely plan on coming back because the hotel is situated in a peaceful and convenient location. The atmosphere is absolutely lovely and perfect for families. The beach is pristine and the water is crystal clear. It's a great place for relaxation and leisure activities. The food is also fresh and tasty. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ain Sokhna.
