The park and playground are truly stunning. While there is a stunning beach access point, it's important to be cautious during low tide. A large tide pool may obstruct the ocean, requiring a long walk around it to reach the water. Nevertheless, the beach is adorned with an abundance of fascinating seashells. The picnic area is well-maintained and tidy, with satisfactory restroom facilities. The playground is an absolute delight for children.

This charming little park boasts a delightful public beach access point, complete with refreshing outdoor showers to wash off the sand after an invigorating stroll along the shore. The restrooms are basic but well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable visit for all. With plenty of parking spaces available, families can enjoy the playground and take advantage of the ample shade provided by the majestic live oaks and whimsical Spanish moss. We found ourselves returning to this idyllic spot every day during our stay and would jump at the chance to visit again if we find ourselves in the area once more.

The beach offers ample parking space and a convenient mat ramp for visitors in wheelchairs. There are also plenty of picnic tables and permanent restroom facilities available. The beach is well-shaded, making it an ideal spot for picnics and a respite from the sun's rays.

However, it's worth noting that there is a sizable tide pool at the beach access point, which may require some careful navigation to reach the water's edge. Whether you're looking for a relaxing day in the sun or an action-packed adventure, this beach has everything you need for a memorable outing.
