This beach is definitely worth a visit and is considered one of the best on Astypalea. It's about a 25-minute drive from Chora, but the last 12 minutes are on a dirt road. However, the stunning landscape of the dry Aegean Sea mountains makes up for the inconvenience. The beach is spacious and shaded by some trees, and the water is crystal clear and gorgeous.

The beach is pleasant and there's a great bar nearby with friendly staff. However, I must mention that they have a rule against bringing your own food, but that's not for me to judge. I gave it a 3-star rating because when it's windy, it can be quite bothersome, even if the wind is coming from the mainland.
