Lambi beach

Our initial expectation of a sandy beach was not fully met as we still found a considerable amount of stones. The areas where there were no sunbeds were overgrown with weeds and bushes, which took away from the overall aesthetic. The waves were not as large as we expected compared to other beaches we have visited. However, the surrounding infrastructure was in good condition. For those who are interested in snorkeling, there were only a few fish to be spotted.

The beach in Kos town is decent, but it fails to impress with its lackluster features and the unsightly seaweed that bobs on the surface. While the water is alright, it is far from being the most pristine on the island. When compared to the plethora of stunning beaches scattered throughout the region, the beaches in Kos town pale in comparison. However, if you're willing to venture out and take a bus ride to Kardamenia or Kefalos, you'll be rewarded with the sight of some truly magnificent beaches that are sure to take your breath away.

The beach offers a pristine and immaculate appearance, coupled with an awe-inspiring vista of the stunning blue sea and Turkey's picturesque scenery. The concessions available cater to a diverse range of tastes and are of exceptional quality. The sand and pebbles on the shoreline may be slightly coarse, but this only adds to the beach's natural charm.

The beach is delightful, with its small pebbles adding character to its shoreline. Unlike typical sandy beaches, this one has a unique charm that sets it apart. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for rent at a reasonable price, and Wi-Fi is even provided for your convenience. The staff is welcoming and accommodating, always ready to assist you with anything you may need. The water is crystal clear and invigorating, with a gradual depth that allows for a refreshing swim. Adjacent to the beach is a charming restaurant and bar that I absolutely adored.

This tranquil seaside spot offers a plethora of choices for sunbathing, typically accompanied by a nearby bar. Each sunbed varies in comfort, with some boasting luxurious cushions or umbrellas. The going rate is 2.50€ per bed, which includes an umbrella and often a refreshing bottle of water. From this vantage point, one can admire the stunning vistas of Turkey across the water and observe boats arriving and departing. Even in early October, when temperatures remain high, the beach is not crowded. The terrain varies between sandy and stony, adding to the natural charm of the location.
