We arrived at the beach at the break of dawn and were greeted by a serene atmosphere of the sea and sand. It was a tranquil haven that made us feel at ease. This spot ranks among the top three or four destinations for swimming on the island, a definite thumbs up from us.

This hidden gem of a beach is truly a remarkable find. Tucked away from the typical tourist spots, it offers a peaceful oasis that is worth a visit. The beach bar is a great place to grab a light meal, with a variety of sandwiches and chilled salads on offer. The cold lentil salad is particularly delicious and not to be missed. One of the best things about this beach is the ample parking available, making it easily accessible by car. You won't need to bring your own chairs or umbrella either, as the beach has plenty of them waiting for you. For those seeking adventure, you can rent a kayak or paddle board, or even try your hand at SCUBA diving. Even if you have no experience, the professionals here will take care of everything, offering a 1-2 hour intro class before suiting you up for a SCUBA intro in the water. The price point for these classes is great, at around $55 Euro. It's a once in a lifetime experience that is safe and suitable for all ages. This is our third year attending and we can attest to the professionalism of the staff. If you're looking for a unique and off-the-beaten-path experience, make sure to stop by and check out this newly accessible spot. Don't forget to ask for Yiannis or Ector for scuba at the cafe!
