The beaches on the Paleochora side are stunning, with crystal clear waters and breathtaking landscapes. Some of the beaches even have volcanic rock slabs that extend into the sea, creating a unique experience of walking into the water like on a table. Additionally, there are hidden wild beaches nestled in lagoons that are truly beautiful. Although the water on this side tends to be cooler than the north side, the only downside is the occasional strong winds.
