Kingscliff Beach was exactly what I was looking for. Spacious, breezy, and a leisurely stroll during low tide with minimal crowds was simply heavenly.

Vast expanse of oceanfront beach with designated areas for dogs. Continuous stretch of sand extending for miles. Within the Kingscliff vicinity, you can find two distinct camping grounds offering Villas and camping sites. Additionally, there is a fantastic bowling club and a licensed surf club conveniently located by the beach. Numerous excellent surfing spots along with sandbars that offer peaceful areas for paddling and fishing.

A vast and stunning shoreline. You could easily stroll along it for hours. Surprisingly uncrowded, especially during the busiest times of the year (in contrast to urban beaches). Dogs are a common sight. Lifeguards are present during peak season. Keep in mind that there may be creatures in the water, such as blue bottles and stingrays. The beach can be challenging and hazardous for strong swimmers at certain times.
