Having a free beach to visit is always a plus. However, this particular beach has dark sand due to its volcanic location, which may give the impression of being dirty. Unfortunately, there is also evidence of trash on the sand, which raises questions about how the beach earned its Blue Flag certification, considering one of the requirements is to maintain cleanliness. In fact, the beach is far from clean. Upon further research, it becomes apparent that the certification is misleading for visitors. As a result, my rating of this beach has decreased.

This beach is nothing but a mediocre spot for a stroll and a drink. The colorful scenery might be pleasing to the eye, but it's nothing more than a facade. The sand is coarse and uninviting, and the showers are nothing to write home about. The swimming area is a joke - it's tiny and cramped, thanks to the boats that are constantly crowding the space. Don't bother coming here if you're looking for a proper beach experience.

This charming beach is a hidden gem that won't cost you a penny. The shoreline is adorned with quaint shops, and the sparkling sea is simply breathtaking. The panoramic vistas of Vesuvius and Napoli are awe-inspiring. The local eateries are top-notch, boasting hospitable staff and scrumptious cuisine. I highly suggest visiting this idyllic spot for some sunbathing and a refreshing dip in the water.

The beach is rather petite and often teeming with tourists who aren't exactly mindful of their surroundings. It's worth noting that there's a paid section as well as a much tinier free area. In truth, it's more of a harbor with numerous docks and small boats, so if you're willing to brave the crowds, you can find your way in. There are a few dining options and even a mini supermarket on site. Unfortunately, it can be a challenge to find a tranquil and pristine spot to relax or take a dip in the water. If you're seeking a more peaceful setting, it's best to look elsewhere.
