We had an amazing time here for a special occasion and the team at Japamala Resort truly made it a memorable day! The level of hospitality we received was unparalleled and the service was exceptional. The private bay where the resort is situated is well-maintained, adding to the exclusive and intimate atmosphere. Watching the sunset from the pier, enjoying homemade Gin infusions, indulging in exquisite dining at the authentic Italian restaurant, and staying in a room nestled in the forest, surrounded by nature and carefully designed, created an unforgettable experience. If you find yourself in Tioman, this is definitely a place you should consider adding to your itinerary.

This beach is a fantastic destination where you can truly appreciate the beauty and grandeur of nature. The rooms are nestled amidst massive rocks, but they are easily accessible. They are tastefully furnished with local materials, offering a delightful view of the sunset. We particularly enjoyed the daily afternoon teas and evening cocktails. The room service was exceptional, discreet, and efficient, even providing complimentary laundry service. The hotel staff was outstanding, always polite, smiling, and eager to assist us in any way possible to ensure our happiness. The hotel also offers a wide range of activities, including diving, snorkeling, fishing, and hiking.

This beach is absolutely enchanting! I cannot express enough how incredible this resort is. I adore the fact that it is situated all by itself on the island, creating an incredibly secluded and intimate atmosphere. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and I was blown away by the numerous complimentary aspects such as breakfast, happy hour, and high tea. The rooms have been meticulously and beautifully designed. The staff was exceptional and incredibly kind, ensuring that we lacked nothing during our stay. The food was outstanding, and having two full restaurants on site was a fantastic bonus. Overall, my experience here was incredibly special and rejuvenating. It truly is a place where you can disconnect and relax. I am already eagerly awaiting my next visit!

The resort is absolutely amazing. When we arrived by boat at the jetty, we were greeted by a stunning small beach cove surrounded by mountains and forest. It truly feels like a hidden oasis, secluded and peaceful. With only around 15 chalets, it feels quite private. Our chalet was like a cozy tree house where I could happily spend the entire day, and there were plenty of lovely spots to sit and unwind. The service is outstanding and friendly, just as you would expect from a high-end resort like this. The two restaurants are also exceptional. While snorkeling off the beach or pier is decent, it's recommended to join an organized tour if you want to explore the best underwater sights that Tioman has to offer. I would definitely recommend this place for a tranquil and romantic getaway.
