I had a fantastic experience at this beach! The atmosphere is lively with many people around, and the restaurant plays music. The food options are varied and delicious, and the rooms are clean and pleasant. My only suggestion would be to have more plug points in the room. The bathroom is a bit small, but it is clean and the water pressure is good. I would definitely come back if I visit again.

I stayed at this beach with a group of 100 students and around 30 teachers and staff for five days last March, and I was extremely impressed with the service we received. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the hotel manager, Mr. Rama, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable for all the students. He even organized a campfire for us on the beach, despite it being something they had never done before, because the students from Singapore had never experienced an outdoor campfire due to regulations in their country. I was truly grateful for his efforts. The food was plentiful, varied, and delicious. I highly recommend this resort for couples, families, or large groups. Thank you, Paya Resort team. 🙏🏼

My review for superior Chalet Pros: - The beach is very close by, and you can see small fishes while swimming near the hotel restaurant. - There are various activities available for an extra charge. - The staff has a great attitude and the room is cleaned daily without needing to ask. - The full body spa is good, but be prepared to be mostly shirtless. - The room was decorated as requested for an additional fee. - There is a balcony and a spacious hanging rack for drying clothes. - The lunch and dinner seafood is fresh and tasty. Cons: - The Superior Chalet room is too small for 4 adults. - There is no soundproofing, so you can hear noise from next door and outside. - There is sand everywhere in the room and bathroom, making it hard to keep your feet clean. - The bathroom door doesn't lock and there is no drain in the toilet section. - The breakfast is the same every day.

I stayed at this beach resort for 2 nights and was initially skeptical because it is older compared to others. However, after staying in both the Villa and Beachfront chalet for a night each, I was pleasantly surprised to find that both rooms had been nicely renovated and looked new and clean. I have no regrets staying here, as the beachfront view is simply amazing. The sunsets are beautiful and there is a great English live band every night. It is the perfect place for dinner and drinks while enjoying the soothing sea breeze.

We decided to stay at this resort because it was more affordable for our family of six, which includes two teenagers, an 11-year-old, and three adults, compared to another resort. The ferry ride to the resort was convenient, being the second stop. We were pleasantly surprised by the local and high-quality food. The accommodation was satisfactory, with an outdoor shower and toilet. We were amazed by the abundance of tropical fish at the jetty, eager to be fed. The sea water was crystal clear.
