Grand Sirenis beach

The beach is not very clean. If you arrive at the buffet before it gets crowded, you might find a clean table. However, I never saw anyone clearing or resetting the tables. The food was not replaced, they simply put more food from the back onto the same trays. It's not very food safe, as all the cheese looked sweaty and unappetizing. They also didn't replace the serving utensils in the buffet, they were sticky and dirty. I had to wash my hands after using them to be able to eat. I even saw bartenders using their bare hands to get ice for drinks. If these are the things you witness in the front of the house, I can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes. I will definitely be discussing our concerns with our travel agents. And let's not forget, the rooms are in need of some serious tender loving care.

The beach is a wonderful spot for families, offering various activities to enjoy together. However, the service for obtaining a cart was sometimes lacking. On a positive note, the bell boy named Oscar provided exceptional service and was truly the best. The bartenders near our room, 2802, were also outstanding, being extremely polite and always delivering our drinks promptly. We absolutely loved the pool bar. Additionally, Mr. Wilson, who displayed a kind-hearted nature, was always prompt in addressing any questions we had.

This resort is absolutely amazing! The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. They are constantly cheerful and ready to assist, fulfilling your every request. The pools and entertainment provided are exceptional, and the food and drinks offered are absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend trying the coco loco and the purple rain. I am already planning my next visit and will definitely be saving up for it as soon as possible!

This beach was a fantastic destination for a family-friendly vacation. There was an abundance of food and drinks, and the kids club and quiet pool were great. Additionally, there were two pools with various activities. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. There were plenty of sun beds around all the pools and the beach, although it would have been nice to have more shade and parasols. It's important to be cautious of the golf buggies as they sometimes speed around the area. The buffet restaurant was great, but the steak and Brazilian restaurant were absolutely fantastic. There were also Italian, Mexican, and a couple of other restaurants, as well as an ice cream bar and a coffee shop. We were initially worried due to some negative comments, but we all had a lovely and comfortable time and felt safe. It's definitely worth a visit, and we would consider returning, but perhaps during a cooler time of year.

The Grand Sirenis provided an incredible experience for us, and with its expansive property, we never ran out of things to do. The pools, beach, and lazy river were all exceptional, and the evening shows were a blast (especially the fire show - make sure not to miss it!). However, what truly made our experience five-star was the staff. They were always friendly and helpful, treating us like family. I want to give a big shout-out to all of the bellboys, especially Felipe, Juan, and Carlos. My wife has difficulty walking and relies on a cane, and navigating the resort's vastness was a challenge for her. Thanks to the bellboys, who were always willing to pick us up and take us to the restaurants, buffet, or lobby, we were able to overcome this obstacle. They truly went above and beyond, and I can't even imagine how our stay would have been without their assistance.
