The first thing to understand is that Posada Concepción is a residential beach area. There is no overnight camping, no busses or taxis, no cell coverage, off grid and no public amenities. There is no restaurant although there is a B&B and motel rooms.

I don't mind camping, but I was disappointed with the $80 per night room that lacked hot water, wi-fi, power, and running water from 10pm to 10am. It was not enjoyable not being able to flush the toilet for half the day. I would recommend sleeping in your car instead. I have stayed in much nicer places in Mexico for only $20 a night.

We had a wonderful but short visit to this beach. The people were very friendly, the scenery was beautiful and peaceful, and overall it was a delightful experience. We are already thinking about when we can come back and stay longer.
