I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the outstanding service provided by Jonathan, a member of the resort's entertainment staff. From the moment we arrived, Jonathan's attentiveness and friendly demeanor stood out, making our stay truly memorable. One of the things that impressed me the most about Jonathan was his genuine interest in ensuring that we felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our visit. He consistently went out of his way to engage with us, always taking the time to chat and make sure we were having a great time. What really made Jonathan stand out was the way he interacted with my daughter. He made her feel special and included in all the activities, which meant a lot to me as a parent. Seeing how he treated her with kindness and respect truly made our experience at the resort even more enjoyable. Jonathan's attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. He was always quick to offer assistance, provide information about the available activities, and ensure that our needs were met. It was clear that he takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Overall, Jonathan's exceptional service and friendly personality greatly enhanced our stay at the resort. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable experience. I had an incredible time at this resort. I've been to Iberostar resorts in Tunisia and the Dominican Republic, but this one surpassed all my previous experiences. The food was excellent and available throughout the day, and the service was top-notch. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax. One of the highlights was being able to stroll along the beach for a uninterrupted 2-mile stretch. My favorite activity was the Wednesday hike with Fernando, who took us to a breathtaking viewpoint of Playa Mita and its surroundings. Overall, it was a truly spectacular experience.

The food and restaurants are fantastic. There is a great selection and the servers and hotel staff are exceptional. Every restaurant has incredibly friendly staff. If a particular item is not available on the food tables, they are more than happy to replace it for you from their kitchens. The variety of food is excellent and they frequently change the theme. Sergio, Yesenia, and Fabiola provided excellent service and took great care of us.

We had an amazing time at Iberostar. It was actually our second visit, and we enjoyed it so much that we brought a group of 12 with us this time. The entertainment team is exceptional, and all the staff members are friendly, approachable, and always have a smile on their faces. The rooms are clean, the food is good, and we had a great time soaking up the sun. We want to give a special shoutout to Marco Polo, who was incredibly welcoming and always made sure we were having a good time. We took his salsa dancing lessons, and they were fantastic. He's an excellent dancer and taught us a variety of moves. We highly recommend Iberostar Playa Mita!

We had a great time on our family trip here. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. The pools, although very nice, were a bit cold, which was unfortunate because it made it difficult for the kids to fully enjoy them. However, the water filtration system seemed to work well, which was a relief. We were initially concerned, but no one had any issues during our stay. The lobby bar was fantastic and provided some great entertainment at night. The breakfast buffet was excellent and they did a fantastic job with it. Sergio, who took care of us at the supper buffets, was amazing. He was very accommodating and showed genuine care for the guest experience. The Mexican night with the mariachi band was absolutely incredible, and the kids had a blast dancing. If only the pools were warmer, we would definitely consider coming back!
