Botany Beach

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for our January vacation. The weather during this season was fantastic. The pool and ocean water were warm. We had a room on the 34th floor with a breathtaking view. A big thank you to the staff at Chok and Jikki for their excellent food and service.

This hotel is truly fantastic and our children had a great time. The breakfast buffet is top-notch, and the swimming pool is huge. The beach exceeded our expectations and wasn't too crowded. If you want to venture outside the resort, you'll need to take a taxi as there isn't much in the surrounding area.

Our recent stay at Mövenpick Pattaya Hotel was truly enjoyable. As a family of five, including a young child, we found the accommodation to be perfect for our needs, with two spacious rooms – one with king beds and the other with twin beds. The service was exceptional, with staff always ready to help at a moment’s notice. The cleanliness was impressive, and the variety of pools, including a kiddie pool, mushroom pool, adult pool, and slides, provided endless entertainment for guests of all ages. Having access to the beach was a great bonus. The food was fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. While the cleanliness wasn't perfect, it was well maintained overall. The abundance of chairs and towels, along with attentive service, made our experience very comfortable. We are eagerly anticipating our next visit to this excellent hotel.

The beach had a good location and nice facilities, but unfortunately the sand was a bit dirty with debris. The sun beds, lounges, and tables with chairs on the beach seemed to be scattered without much organization. Some small things in the room appeared dated, possibly due to regular wear and tear from being near the beach, so it may require constant maintenance. However, the room was very clean. The breakfast at the restaurant on the ground floor was superior to the executive lounge on the third floor, with more variety and better taste. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we would consider staying there again.

The facilities and location are great at this beach. The beach itself is nice, the food is great, and the staff are friendly. However, room 2202 had a lot of issues, such as a broken hair dryer and water leaking. The cleaning lady didn't clean our room on the second day because she was too busy (having to clean rooms on three floors), but she still managed to clean our room before the evening. Despite the problems, I give this place 5 stars because of the staff's great attitude and their willingness to solve problems immediately.
