The resort is absolutely amazing, with a friendly and welcoming staff, as well as fantastic facilities. Each room has its own pool, allowing you to comfortably spend the entire day inside. The bathtub area is spacious, and they even provide complimentary bubble bath every night. The restaurant serves incredible food, and everything is prepared to perfection. The beach bar is also a great spot for a relaxed afternoon, although it could use more staff as the service can be a bit slow. Overall, the staff members are extremely polite, nice, and helpful, greeting us every day with helpful advice and information about the resort. It's a shame that the pool was closed throughout our stay. The resort itself is not very large, and there isn't much to do in the surrounding area, but the hotel offers various classes that you can book. The Spa is a bit expensive, but the service is excellent and much cleaner than the downtown options. I would definitely choose to stay there again on my next visit to Pattaya.

Writing reviews isn't something I usually do, especially negative ones. However, my recent short stay left me unimpressed and compelled me to share my mixed experiences, focusing on three aspects: location, room, and service.The hotel's location is commendable. Situated just outside Pattaya, it's easily accessible by car from Bangkok, avoiding much of the city traffic. It boasts a beautiful and quiet beachfront, offering great privacy in the villas. To fully appreciate the stunning sunset view, staying in one of the beach view villas is a must. My wife and I initially booked a duplex villa directly with the hotel for about 500-600 USD per night on short notice. The room was in good condition, but with limited views. The three-level layout without railings was not child-friendly, which we overlooked while booking. When we requested a single-floor room, the only option was to upgrade to a two-bedroom villa for an additional 600 USD per night. The room was well-maintained, but for its price point, it lacked thoughtful features like USB sockets next to the bed, which I found surprising for a recently opened establishment. The staff generally demonstrated attentiveness and a service-oriented attitude, which is expected in top-rated Thai hotels. We received a personal caterer upon upgrading to the two-bedroom villa, who was helpful and attentive. However, several service lapses marred our experience. The housekeeping team delivered an unclean baby bathtub, the turn-down service was perfunctory, in-room dining lacked proper setup and cleanup, and the staff's response when asked about clearing the table was somewhat lazy and unprofessional for a 5-star establishment. Finally, the hotel restaurant could benefit from improvement. The offerings were basic, which doesn't align with the hotel's pricing. This is a minor yet valid critique considering the hotel's cost.

The beach resort is absolutely stunning, offering plenty of privacy and comfort. The accommodations are not just ordinary rooms, but rather exquisite villas that are exceptionally designed and equipped. Our stay at Mason was truly enjoyable, as we took full advantage of the amenities and appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond, showing us around the resort and consistently providing us with excellent service.

I had an incredible time at the "Akani" Beachfront Pool Villa for five nights. The beach, the refreshing breeze, and even the gentle rainfall were all absolutely beautiful. Although the weather conditions prevented me from going diving, I still felt fortunate to be able to enjoy the amenities of the room and hotel. Additionally, I was thrilled to have the opportunity to meet the incredibly friendly staff. I noticed some adorable little creatures like frogs and cats around, and I genuinely hope they have a safe and healthy life. I can't wait to visit again in the future! By the way, the spa was fantastic, and I highly recommend it.

The hotel is exceptional! It has a very nice design and offers a good view. The hotel provides everything you need. What impresses me the most about the hotel is its attention to details. They even provide free straw hats and bug spray during your stay, and the staff goes above and beyond to help you check if you left anything in your car after a ride. Every day at the Mason, I discover new activities to enjoy. The food at the hotel is incredible, and the restaurant offers a wide variety of options. The floating breakfast was particularly intriguing. Overall, it was an amazing visit!
