The beach is a remarkable destination that I had the pleasure of visiting during the bustling high season. What struck me as particularly unique was the lack of white tourists, which added to the authentic experience. Additionally, there are a number of fantastic seafood restaurants in the area that are definitely worth checking out.

The beach offers an impressive view of the majestic Chanthaburi mountain range. It's a great spot to lounge around, but let's be real, things can get pretty toasty in the late afternoon. Luckily, there's a cozy cafe/restaurant right across the way to quench your thirst. While the beach may not be spotless, it's definitely a step up from some of the other options out there. Think Pattaya beach, but with larger grains of reddish-brown sand and slightly cloudy greenish water. Unfortunately, there's no shower service nearby, so the kiddos will have to sit this one out. Overall, I'd recommend coming for the stunning scenery, taking in some fresh air, and treating yourself to a refreshing beverage. Just don't forget your sunscreen!
