The beach was impressively clean and the sand had a slightly firmer texture than what one might expect. Despite this, it was still a great beach to visit and the added bonus of free parking made the experience even better.

Upon arriving at the beach, we noticed the water level was high. As we waited for it to recede, we enjoyed lunch in the nearby open fields. We had difficulty finding many options for fish and chips or ice cream. However, we had no trouble parking as it was both easy and free. The beach was peaceful and uncrowded with soft, sandy shores. The water was crystal clear and refreshing. Overall, we had a wonderful time. The locals were extremely friendly, especially when my wife took a tumble and many kind souls came to her aid.
