We visited this beach in the early 90's when our children were small, and we returned last week with our eldest daughter, who is now 36, and her two children. They all had a great time! The only difference is that there are now toilets at the bottom of the hill, which is a great addition, and the shop on the beach has expanded its menu.

Out of all the beaches on the Llyn Peninsula, this one is our favorite. The sand is a stunning golden hue and the shoreline slopes gently into the ocean, making it a great spot for kids to play in the water safely. It's important to note, however, that there is no lifeguard present. At either end of the beach, there are rocks that form a variety of rock pools with lots of interesting creatures. Additionally, the Welsh Coastal Path passes by this beach. The beach also has a great cafe and restrooms, and there is a National Trust Car Park at the top of a steep hill.

We were so glad to have found this gorgeous spot! The beach was breathtaking, with its golden sand and crystal clear water. There was a cafe just a few seconds away, but unfortunately it was closed when we visited. I can only imagine how bustling it must be on a sunny day. If you're not into lounging on the beach, there are also some nice walks on the nearby cliffs.

This beach is simply stunning, especially when the sun is out. I visited at the end of June mid-week and the car park was spacious. It cost £5 for the day and had two clean toilets. Unfortunately, there was no option to pay for a short stay, but it was worth the fee even for a short visit as it's owned by the National Trust. There is a steep path leading down to the beach, with a cafe and more toilets on the way. The beach was sandy and the sea was very calm and clear. There were a few people sunbathing, as it's a sheltered bay and perfect for catching some rays. Make sure to bring everything you need from the car, as the walk back up the steep path can be tiring. It was a tranquil spot, and you could easily mistake it for being overseas with its beautiful scenery and crystal clear blue waters.

This beach is stunning, with its white sand, crystal-clear water, and breathtaking views of the cliffs. It also has a cafe and four toilets, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, the sea water is quite chilly, so swimming may not be an option even on a hot day. Nonetheless, there is still plenty to do and explore, especially if you climb up to the cliffs for a better view. I highly recommend visiting this beach - it's like you're in a different country!
