It remained beautiful even after the storm named Ian. We got there by boat.

This beach is absolutely stunning, but it's a bit of a trek from Bowman's Beach. You'll walk along the shoreline, through the trees, over a boardwalk bridge, and along a trail before reaching a sign. It's a very secluded and private spot with gorgeous shells. I recommend visiting during low tide.

The beach is stunning, although it takes a bit of walking to reach it. We enjoy going there in the nude, but occasionally have to put on clothes for those searching for shells. It's our belief that the west coast of Florida could use an established nude beach, and this location could be a contender.

This beach is truly amazing with very few people around. However, the hike to get here is quite long, especially in hot weather. But once you arrive, it's definitely worth the effort. It's a hidden gem that you should definitely visit, but try to keep it a secret. The beach is natural and there are an unbelievable amount of shells. Enjoy your time here!

This is a great spot, about a 3/4 mile walk down from Blind Pass or a longer walk from Bowman Beach. It's very private since most people don't like to walk this far from the parking area. The shelling can be hit or miss, with good days yielding a lot of shells and quiet days yielding very little. This is the end of Clam Bayous, where there is an active bed of King's Crown shells (just remember that live shelling is not allowed). However, be warned that you may occasionally see naked sunbathers or older men in g-string bottoms. If you're not offended by this, it's one of the best "relatively unknown" spots on Sanibel. If you're there at the right time of year, you can also fish for snook along the shoreline and get some good strikes.
