Albufeira - all beaches

Fantastic beach. Good access. Its one from a string of beaches, all with good quality sand, generally little to no currents. The promenade, more than just access, makes for a great walk in the morning, afternoon or evening. Food-wise, there are many restaurants to choose from. Many hidden gems just 200-500m away from the beach. It can be busy in the height of summer and same goes for parking. At first glance the town can seem its just the beaches, but it offers a extraordinary base for so much more. I grew up there and still is one of my prime spots around the world and can't but keep coming back.

This beach is simply breathtaking, with its pristine sands and crystal-clear waters. And the best part? You won't have to break the bank to park your car! Plus, there's no shortage of delicious eats and refreshing drinks at the many restaurants and bars in the area. It's like a little slice of paradise, with all the amenities you could ever want. This is a gorgeous spot to catch the sunset and take a relaxed stroll in the evening. The restaurants along the boardwalk can be a bit pricey. The beach itself is lovely and doesn't have too many rocks, making it ideal for swimming.

This stunning bay boasts a magnificent beach that is truly exceptional. The restaurant and cafe on the premises are top-notch and reasonably priced, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing day out. It's hard to imagine a better place to spend your time.

This petite beach can solely be reached by kayak or boat from one of the neighboring resorts, and walking is not an option. If you happen to be lodging at Vila Vita Parc, you have the option to rent a kayak or swim over. It's a brief distance and won't take much time.

Venture out to a tranquil stretch of shoreline that can only be reached by boat. Our boat trip was a delightful excursion to discover stunning beaches. Numerous petite beaches dot the coastline, each one secluded and only accessible by boat. We savored a delightful BBQ feast on one of these hidden gems. Don't miss the opportunity to meet the Caipirinha Man, who sails to these beaches with a boatload of refreshing cocktails. Perfectly suited for basking in the afternoon sun and unwinding in the warmth.
