view the best beach places
Pristine location. The hotel staff were excellent. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, while the lunch and dinner menus were very good. The chefs clearly took pride in their cooking. The beach was wonderful, although the first couple of meters had some green algae that discouraged immediate diving in. We walked about 2 km towards Moully to find algae-free swimming spots. I don't believe this algae is present all year round. We stayed for 6 nights, which I think is too long; 3 nights would be sufficient as you can see all the tourist spots in a single day. I recommend hiring a car before you arrive to pick up at the airport. I've read in previous reviews, "I don't understand why safes in rooms are not bolted down." If you're seeking tranquility and paradise, this is the place.
The beach is an amazing destination with crystal clear water and a stunning shoreline! It's perfect for a refreshing swim!🙂
The cottage was incredibly welcoming, Charly and his wife were absolutely charming. They provided a variety of activities and were attentive to our needs. We dined there multiple evenings and the food never failed to impress us. The highlight of our trip was the desert island excursion with Charly and Patrice. I visited in both 2013 and 2023, and I cannot recommend it enough.
The bay is absolutely gorgeous and teeming with turtles, and it's conveniently located next to a welcoming and resilient community. You can easily park your car nearby. The bay is quite small and nearly enclosed, which makes it a great spot for kids since the waves are minimal. I highly suggest trying out PMT at the tip of the bay. If you head to the left side, there's a tiny canyon that leads to a lagoon where the depth drops from 2 meters to around fifteen meters. The coral formations are stunning, and there are plenty of turtles to see.
