I have finally found the beach of my dreams - a pristine white sandy oasis located just an hour and a half away from San Jose. The only catch is that access is granted through a day pass at the Punta Leona club, with prices varying depending on the season. For our visit, we paid $86 per adult and received a 50% discount for children aged 6-12, while those under 6 were granted free entry. Despite the additional cost, the beach is well worth the expense. The parking facilities are ample, and the small cafeteria and bathroom amenities are clean and convenient. Best of all, the beach itself is breathtakingly beautiful, with crystal clear waters and soft, powdery sand. I can confidently say that this is the beach I have been searching for, and I cannot wait to return again soon.

If you're looking for a beach that's worth the effort to get to, look no further. This little slice of paradise might require some fancy footwork to navigate the rocky terrain, but trust us, it's worth it. Just make sure you've got some sturdy sandals with good grip, or else you might end up taking an unexpected dip in the ocean. Once you make it to the beach, you'll be rewarded with warm, jiggly water that feels like you're swimming in a giant bowl of jello. The waves are just right for some quality boogie boarding, and the crystal clear water makes you wish you'd packed your snorkeling gear. And let's not forget the sand - it's so soft and fluffy, you'll be tempted to bury yourself in it like a human sandcastle. The best part? It's not too crowded, even during peak travel season. So go ahead, claim your spot on the sand and soak up the sun. This

Located adjacent to Playa Mantas, this beach has everything one could possibly desire for a fun-filled day. With a vigilant lifeguard on duty, safety is never a concern. Furthermore, it is conveniently situated near Punta Leona, making it an ideal location for a delightful outing. I had the pleasure of visiting on a Tuesday, and it was not too crowded, allowing me to fully enjoy the serene atmosphere. Overall, it was an incredibly enjoyable experience.

The beach boasts of immaculate cleanliness, crystal clear waters and inviting waves that beckon for a refreshing swim. However, it may not be suitable for young children. During low tide, it is safe to traverse the rocks leading to Playa Manta, an exquisite stretch of sand that is a sight to behold. Overall, this beach is a stunning destination that is worth a visit.
