This beach is absolutely lovely! You can enjoy stunning views of the ocean and even catch some colorful sunsets 🌅 from time to time.

The beach definitely deserves its high rating! During low to mid tide, it's easy to walk to and you can even spend some time at the hotel. Just keep in mind that there's a minimum spend of $30 per person to access the loungers and pool. However, when the tide comes in, you might feel a bit cut off from the rest of the world. I visited this beach in January 2022.

This beach is absolutely breathtaking! It's so serene and the sand is so soft and beautiful. It's really hard to put into words just how incredible it is. We even got to see a variety of lizards and hermit crabs right at our feet, as well as monkeys and sloths sleeping in the trees. And let's not forget the iguanas and monkeys that were hanging out in the trees. It truly is an experience that you won't forget. Plus, the water is warm and the sunsets are simply magical! Overall, I would give this beach a perfect score of 10/10. 🥥🌴💯

Our favorite part of the beach is this side, where you can find the locals and catch some waves if you time it right. If you want to enjoy a picnic, we suggest heading over to Playitas early to secure a spot under a tree. Things can get a bit wild at night, but if you're in Quepos, this spot is a must-visit.
